Oh yeah! What AP's are you gonna freak the hell out for?
I have English, Physics B, Spanish Language, Calculus BC, US History, and European History.

I'm prepared to freak-the-hell-out for Spanish and Physics.

Oh God, you guys all sound like me when I was a sophomore.
After taking eight of those "horrible things" I've gotten fairly adjusted to the stress meter. But then...some never adjust.

Think of the curve, and it's not like they expect you to know EVERY SINGLE THING on there. Actually, they are rather expecting that you WILL miss some. Even my 30-years-experiance Bio teacher missed some on practice AP exams.

Tell yourself how stress is going to help you right now, especially since we're all in this "cram" period. The best thing to do right now is to relax, and fit into your brain whatever you can. Stress actually takes up room inside your brain, and it can prohibit some info from staying there.

It's Just a test. Seriously, say that over and over. It's just a test.

You can always cancel your score if you're so positive that you did horrendously.

Ok, if you're still freaking out, you're stress is officially beyond help. ;)

I was freaking out a few days ago, but then i stopped. I mean, whats the point? its just a test, whats the worst happen? O yeah, fail and be killed by my parents for basically wasting 95 bucks... sigh... panic...freak out...sigh...

I just don't want to make my teachers upset... all of them are expecting me to get a 5, but I don't think I will. (Especially literature and chem)
