[</em>]Essays: i have someone active in this forum look it over like 3 times. they said it was perfect. but my generic one was about my sophmore year in Nigeria. the Why GW was really in depth. I talked about my experience at the Colonial Connection for seniors where we stayed overnight at GW (everyone should do it).
[<em>]Teacher Recommendation: pretty good I think. I had almost 100s in those classes and I was really close with those teachers

[<em>]Interview: with the senior admissions director. amazing. she was so cool about everything and she got me and cab right after because i was about to miss my train because we were talking for so long and lost track of time.

[</em>]Why you think you were accepted/deferred/denied: i visited 3 times, had an overnight, interview, my essay was about my overnight lol. and i think its just because i showed so much interest by emailing, calling, visiting and stuff. It kinda overshadowed my low gpa. oh and I did ED 1.

if you really want to go, SHOW INTEREST !!! email, call, inquired about stuff you already know about, just talk to them ! they record everything! every call, email and visit counts toward you! also, i was worried about financial aid but i did ED 1 anyway. I got sooo much money in financial aid!. im paying less than i would at my state school. but my income is low so thats probably why lol</p>

<p>Now that everyone should know there FA can everyone post a quick SAT/ACT gpa
and merit / scholarships received for us considering applying 2013.</p>

<p>I think most people included the merit scholarships, GPA and SAT/ACT in their posts. They stated the merit scholarships when you were accepted.</p>
