Hey. I was told by a parent today their son was admitted to GT. I did not think they announced acceptances until Jan 10? I did question this early decision release. Has anyone else been accepted already?
@impress369 I doubt it, although one way this can happen is if students get likely letters. I don’t think GT sends likely letters, though.
how do we get our acceptances on jan 10? I remember purdue sent us an acceptance email congratulating us along with another that was to view the decision.
@TodaysEinstein I got a 91% in my final class 12th exam. So I guess I have a gpa of around 3.64
Do they send a package in the mail as well, or is the whole notification process online?

@nagintapls under classification for fee payment? I have it as out of state. Call Georgia Tech admissions about it
@Athana nope, not under fee payment. I mean under Application Information. It’s called Entering Status.
If you go on your buzzport account and go to Setup tab -> Turn on drag and drop edit ode -> Other -> Georgia Tech welcomes you an acceptance notice comes up. Is this related to a real acceptance at Georgia Tech or just a glitch in their system?
