But in comparison to the December one this is wayyyyy easier...

I think the curve would probably be rather harsh.

I am thinking of max of 3~5 wrong... dunno...-.-...

Sigh. Has anyone else taken it a different month, and how did this compare?

I think this test is difficult for some people if they have not yet taken courses that cover pre-calculus topics, such as trignometry, functions, logs, etc. This test is pretty simple if you know your stuff.

December has a lot of hmmm... weird and unusual stuff, but this test doesn't have those long and time-consuming questions (no examples are given since we're not allowed to discuss).

I took it in May '07 and I thought this test was easier ... in the old test I skipped 6, and felt I got 2-6 wrong (ended up getting 75) and today I skipped 3 and definitely got at least 2 wrong.

But I'm not going to say that this test was easy, because whenever I say that, I get a bad grade. :D Soo ... I thought this test was hard!!!

We can start discussing now.

ok guys, lets get down to business. there are 50 questions on the test and i think between the 093845092385 of us, we can remember all of them. so start listing them. avoid posting the same questions a million times unless it was originally posted incorrectly.

1) 3 planes intersecting can form which of the following: a Ray, A Line, A point?
Answer: Only a line

Q33. What was the one with a number divided by prime number n? I got 29 as the prime number and got a remainder of 21, which was (D).

math, are you sure? I thought it was a line and a point.

I put a line and point, but now I don't see how it could be a point.

what was the answer to last question? the question about sin a = x^2 or something

I left that one blank.

its impossible to form a point because the intersection would extend infinitely.

What was the prime number n one? I put 29 (D).

oh okay.. so so far 2 omit 1 wrong for me. :(

what about the last question?

the last question was asking which was equal to that right? i think i got...

2X^2 time the square root of (X^4-1)

I mean the remainder was 21 (D), n was 29.

oh and what about the question where y = f(x) and y = absolute value of (f(x))?

was the answer f(x) < 0 or something < 0?

Can someone answer my prime number one?

I put symmetrical about the origin.

there was also a question about finding the distance between point A and point B given one of the sides is 8... anyone remember the answer to that?
