Can we talk about grammar?
- something about subways
- most of which were built/many of them built
- bisons
- last error question…what were

Did you have 3 no errors in the writing section?

Can we talk about grammar?

Did you have 3 no errors in the writing section?

What question had “decry” as an answer? I think it was a sc. I really am trying to figure out which of my cr was experimental.

Yea for last one I got “what were.” It’s inaccurate comparison.

Good list of Verbal and math here: https://www.■■■■■■■■.com/questions/367?title=November+SAT+1+Test+Questions+and+Answers%2C+■■■■■■■■.com

@compsci1 the one about the exploring and getting lost at a store was experimental. One of my friends who had math as experimental, did you have that section.

Critical Reading non-experimental passages:

-Organic farming (two short passages)
-Bach singing
-fingerprints (two passages)
-glaciers
-Korean girl

there were two more short passages, but i honestly don’t recall

For Korean cr, girl was illiterate, sister’s reaction was cursory, brother was uncomfortable, and for whoever asked the teacher question, it’s 18 women teachers.

for icky chemicals and creepy fertilizers (or something like that)
did you guys put “to exaggerate an attitude”? i was torn between that and “to disguise a sentiment”

exxagerate attitude

Bach singing passage:
author showed “measured optimism”, his singing was “flawed”, the attitude shown in “the fabulous logic of it all” contrasts mostly with the attitude shown in “…mathematical…made me depressed”, the second teacher did not “cite new evidence” in the last paragraph

im pretty sure the author showed confidence

but the answer said “unalloyed confidence”. the author was measuring his chances, saying that he could sing although he can’t play instruments. it was like hey, i can’t play harpsicord or anything, but i think i can sing…so i should be all right…

i would not think that is pure confidence. any thoughts?

I put “measured optimism” as well.

What was the question to the “pessimistic” one? I honestly don’t remember putting down pessimistic for any of the sentence completion questions.

And what was the q to “importance of having role model in writing”?

dammitttttttt

Absoluteness is right for all of those. The answer measured optimism is definitely it, because he talked about his presumably functioning vocal cords and the fact that he wouldn’t need to play an instrument, which wasn’t very confident.

The one with the pessimistic answer was about the owners of the business, and they were pessimistic because they weren’t doing well?

Also, the question about one of the short passages (the one about the Filipino writer?) had the answer about having a role model, but that’s the incorrect answer.

korean girl passage last question. WRONG attitude:
a. alarmed
b. incredulous
c. astonished
d. …don’t recall
e. excited

correct answer: a. alarmed?

@absoluteness i put incredulous… im not sure since i dont remember the series of questions she asked at the very end of the passage

you cant determine it be you have to know cd
