Official November SAT 2012 Thread

I’m really confident for this test. Got the same exact score in both May and October (with a lower score on the essay however), except I didn’t study for October and in May I took at least 15 tests before the date.
Reading to get 2000+, either superscore or standing :)

My test center is Talbot County Chamber of Commerce in GA. I street view it on google maps and all I can see is a courthouse. Is it really I’m gonna take the test in there?

@blader find a friend who is going there and go with them.

Good luck, guys! I think I’ll stop doing practice sections now because my scores are just getting lower lol, probably cause I’m tired.

Am seriously praying for a good essay topic tomorrow. Please let it be something on loyalty, friendship, hard work, technology, or adversity.

Good luck to everyone! …Hopefully the CC server doesn’t crash today lol

Good luck to everyone taking it today! :)

Does anyone know what the answer was to the one that has like: y=6^x and y^k=6^9, what does kx equal?

A 1/3
B something? Don’t remember.
C something? Don’t remember.
D 6
E 9

I was going to guess E but left it blank cus I had no idea.

I had section 4 as math and it was 20 questions. Section was math too, 20 questions also but harder. Was that the experimental?

Section 5* for my post above

Eeeeeeeeeeeeee

Horseheadkid,

Think about what you do when you raise a power to a power… (hint: multiplying)

Also, does anyone know how many someone can miss to get an 800 math?

Thanks!

800 math is -0. always has .

one question on the writing section 2. the thing about the subways being connected. which was the answer?

Mhmkay, thanks, that’s what I thought! :)

Is there a difference between hardly and barely?
Also did any1 get a strand of e’s in CR

was the math section 5 experimental?

Praying that i did great on it.

Sent from my DROID RAZR using CC

I don’t understand why someone would feel less respect for someone they are around extensively. Just doesn’t make since.

@Horseheadkid, the answer to that was E = 9.
The one about the subways tripped me up too!

How many “no error” on the writing did you guys get?

i think i had one^^
