<p>after receiving no mail today, my mom is now doubting my chances of getting in... this is truly depressing..</p>

<p>we're all rooting for you guys, there have been a lot of pleasent surpises and truly strange admission selection behavior on the part of NYU. Just yesterday a ccer received a GSP notice...whodda thought??? It aint over till it's over. It's bad form on NYU's part it's a pivotal application weekend and you all are in limbo. I'm on team Slater and Peanutbutter...you guys have some kind of heart! You gonna post one way or the other? I'd love to know what happens, no doubt you're futures are BRIGHT</p>
<p>yea! criddle, slater, idee, toyotacamry, ryechu, ChelsM, and peanutbutter all have posted on here for a long time and they still don't know. good luck to them because they deserve it! hah everyone's bonding over this. i love it.</p>

<p>@Criddle I HAVE TO send out my RD stuff by Monday, my dad leaves for a business meeting in China on Tues and won't be back until early January.... So I need him to sign forms and other stuff before he leaves. I'll be spending Sunday completing all my RD apps. If it doesnt come in the mail monday, I'll give them a call, and if they won't tell me, then I'll be sending all my stuff out =(</p>
<p>why are you guys sending them otu so early? dont you have until jan 1? except you microdragon and your dad stuff..but theres really no need to do that all right now..relax..just fill em out..but dont send em. thats what i did.</p>

<p>criddle12, what if you get in? you would have wasted a buncha money on apps that you have to cancel..you can wait another week and still be totally on time. you can write your essays, fill the forms out and be ready to send em out if you need to. i duno, best of luck i guess.</p>

<p>I'm a chick from Virginia who hasn't heard anything yet either. It's really killing me - I'm the only one from my school who applied to NYU, so I really don't have anyone to share my frustrations with except you guys. So thanks! :)</p>
<p>troof, i know where your coming from I'm the only one who applied from my school too. I live only twenty mins out of manhattan and haven't recieved anything in the mail either. I had a problem with my application so i'm guessing mine might have been reviewed at the end when all the problems were worked out and so it was mailed out last. I just want this waiting game to end.</p>
<p>i heard from my friends...i'm not sure if they're true or not....but i mean since u r suppose to find out on dec 15th...so if there's still nothing on 18th...don't you wanna know what's going on with ur application?</p>
