What did you guys use as examples for the uncertainty essay?

Guys…I’m really worried about the CR and the Writing Section. Anyone who remember the answers?
- CR
- In the molecule essay, I chose the answer with " phenomenon" and " confusion". Btw, are 2 authors agreeing with each other??
- In the Larry’s Maze essay, for the contrast question I chose " controlled tone"
- In the Fish essay, I think that the “sharks, turtles, etc…” represents the " types of sea creatures used to live in the Gulf"
- In the Oral language essay, is the “apple pie recipe” represents “smt that can be transferred orally” or “smt cuturally significant”???

WRITING:

Scientist had found 5mil-20millions species, “WITH” or “AND YET”, 99% of species had gone extinct.

For the Error question, I think that “Irritable” needs to be fixed to " Irritated"?

I’LL BE REALLY THANKFUL IF ANYONE CAN ANSWER ANY OF THESE FOR ME!! <3

hi, writing i dont htink the scientist question was either of those…i vaguely remember…

If you are talking about meteorite short passage, i chose “excitement”

I cant remember. do you recall more details about the question?

diversity at one time or sth

transferred orally

and yet

exhaustive

who has the december 2013 us sat paper? it’s said to be the same as this one. pls contact me if u have one copy

for the oral, i said apple pie was smth that was passed down or smth like that
oh @AGDC18 the uncertaintiy essay did u get a math experimental, like the first question was smth like " five consecutive 30 min " …

@naomi123 No I got Writing experimental. I had two 25 min grammar sections.

“and yet.”.does anyone remember the full sentence? thank you…

@MrPossibility I don’t think anybody has it since there is QAS for a December’s test

There seems to be a lot of disagreement about the CR question; the one about the tone of the passage after finding molecules on mars, or something. I think the exact question was: What is the tone of the passage in the line ‘What were these molecules?’. I chose confusion, and here’s why. Obviously, it can very well be excitement (goosebumps). However, they did not know whether those molecules were a sign of life yet. They just knew that they were unusual molecules. So they were probably confused as to what the molecules were, so that they could if they were valid sign of life. I guess I felt that they would be more confused than excited, especially since they were scientists and need proof (that’s just an assumption). But I’m not all that sure, so people who chose excitement, don’t be discouraged! :)

Oh, and according to the December 2013 (and my memory) the math question asked for the greatest 3 digit number, not the greatest 3 digit even number.

I disagree, this mentions TONE…while the passage did have ambiguity, i would say it was " excitement"

@MrPossibility really??? I’ll try to find one and post a link here!!!

Does anyone know the answer for the triangle question, that had a+b=c, or a<b as choices

I remember that I choose a+b=c

I remember that I choose a+b=c

@KBAN3000 it was a+b=c since people said it asked for which one cannot be true. I didn’t notice this and picked a<b immediately without even considering the other options lol. poor me…

can we talk writing? i vaguely remember the sentences. but anyone feel most questions were kinda easy?

yeah it’s hard to find but we still have hope…

Hi,guys! Do you guys remember the question in the computer passage about P1’s attitude toward 2? Is the answer overly cautious or regrettably accurate? Thank you!!!!!!!!
