Accepted, not sure if going. 3.7/4 weighted GPA, 1380/2080 SAT. Solid ECs and service, etc. Good recs probably. Been a while since I was accepted somewhere, feeling pretty happy, but I was expecting it. Congrats to all!

@sushiforlife Bucknell is actually my reach school. My SAT score is high, but there are other factors too, like my GPA not so great. I got rejected/waitlisted nearly every school so I’m feeling really bad right now.
@yuulee i think one of the reasons i got in bucknell is that i show really strong interest in the school. i email them to update them with my recent activities and how i would love to join bucknell. i write really genuinely 
if you got waitlisted probably you should write more essays (“why” essay) and email them
@yuulee yeah I was waitlisted too! International student, 3.92 UW GPA and 33 ACT… I don’t play any sports but I have pretty good EC’s too!
@yuulee Don’t worry I think I try to tell myself whatever happens, happens you will end up where you are supposed to be and honestly rejections and waitlists build character! I know so many people who didn’t get into any schools, took a gap year, then went somewhere great!
