Reflection
Strengths: essays and my recs
Weaknesses: definitely my standardized tests, only a 1270/1600
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I really think i got in based on their looking at my application as a whole. if you look at only my tests or gpa you could dismiss me but thankfully the admissions committee took everything into account. so id say i think i got in because of the well-roundedness of my application.
General Comments: its been a few days that i have known that i got in and im still in disbelief about the whole thing. my high school hadnt had a georgetown admittance in something like 15 years, and the sfs is already nearly impossible to get into, so i am happy beyond belief. congrats to everyone else who was admitted!!

bump! want to meet my future classmates

@aramada

wow…I have not been admitted yet (im a freshman transfer) but I must say your stats and such compare to mine very closely. I have a 3.9 and 1950 SAT, also an additional rec from my superintendent. also, only one person from my school (very poor area) has gone to georgetown and that was in 1994 (16 years ago) very weird haha
