What do the acceptance or deferred envelopes look like? This one is thickish, but letter-sized. Any guesses–good news or not?

swmmr 984, You can’t tell with a Georgetown letter. I got accepted (regular decision) last year, and as I recall there were two sheets of paper–but this was also true for kids who were rejected. The color of the sheaf of paper inside the envelope is allegedly the only tip-off, with greenish/greyish being good news. (That’s according to kids on collegeconfidential last year. It might have changed, although my letter was in fact green/grey.)
