**Official SAT 2 U.S. History Discussion Thread Oct 2015*

This is really late but here it is. October takers please share your knowledge :smiley:

Son thought it was pretty straightforward and thinks he did well. He got a 5 on APUSH in July and is hoping for at least a 750. He did NOT like the other test he took today in biology, however.

TBH I’ve been shooting for an 800 and have been studying for months with practice tests etc. (just some background). That being said I thought it was very similar to the practice tests that I have taken and was relatively easy (probably looking at a score 760 - 800). I 100% believe that there is an element of luck when it comes to the SAT II US history tests as to what material (authors, painters, legislation, etc.) will be covered.

Anyway, I’d love to hear what others thought.

Thought it went alright. Some obscure questions, but pretty easy to decode. Overall I think it went well!! Anyone know the curve??

Do you remember what any of the obscure questions were about?

Not defying any rules^^ I would like to know if college board ever reveals these tests? Also-- anyone remember anything specific (but not too specific^^ :slight_smile: ) about the test?

this is an sat, I dont know why this thread is dead

Because most people take (or rather, many colleges require), Math II, and either Chemistry, Physics, or Biology.

@nsliyromanov

760- Not going to lie, kind of disappointing. But I am planning on taking two more so hopefully they’re better and I I can pretend this never happened (god bless score choice). Anybody else?

I got 720 lol life happens

History is my prospective major, and I actually thought the test was difficult at times (likely because I’d taken the course the year before), but I walked away with my 800, so I’m happy. If only Lit had been that high :confused:
