Official SAT Subject Test - Biology E/M - June 2015

720… :frowning:

^Got a 720 but Im so happy

just checked, 800!

  1. :| Should I retake?

(I’m just kidding about retaking the test.)

800!!! Now just to wait for AP scores to come out…

So I think they came out at 5 am, not am est. I’m from md and I woke up at 6:30 am to check.

790!

780! higher than I expected at least

780

extremely happy

To all students with scores above 700: Did you take AP bio or just honors Bio? Did you go to a rigorous high school?
Did your class prepare well for the test?

@am9799 I’ve taken both gifted bio and AP bio. My high school is alright, but my biology teacher is seriously amazing at over preparing. I didn’t pay as much attention during class as I should have, but I still felt prepared. I also cram read Barron’s until like 3 am the day of (that doesn’t mean I encourage procrastination though…) to refresh my memory.

i did really really bad thought the test was pretty hard

@samsunguser Thank you! I am asking because although everyone says that you do not need the AP class in our high school the only students scoring above 700 are the ones in the AP classes. Same students had tried the SAT after the honors and scored in the range of 600-690. Then after AP tried again and got above 700. Might not be the exact material taught but the maturity and the critical thinking you gain once you finish the honor class and into the AP. Our school is an average public.

@am9799 I also personally don’t think you need to take AP Bio though haha. The test covers a broad range of topics but it’s not really hard level questions tbh. In addition to using a prep book, it’s feasible to do really well. One of my friends at another school (similar to mine, alright public) in my county got an 800 without taking AP Bio. I think it just depends on how well you study and how well you feel prepared by your teachers.

I got 800 and am quite happy! Studied Bio M all by myself.

This is ridiculous; I compared answers with everyone on here and thought I did really well, and I ended up with a 660. How? I’m so pissed.

760 Bio-e!!! Completely self-studied!

Well, I was hoping for a little better, but whatever, I’m fine with 700

730 Bio M!!!
Don’t have to retake it!!!

780 on Bio M, with only Honors Bio~ More than happy, to say the least. Thanks for all the help I got on this site!
