Thank you, I was accepted to Loyola Marymount back in February but I haven’t received their fin aid info yet. Looking at their stats they are a bit stingy with their scholarships so probably I won’t be able to afford it…I’m really putting all my hopes in Scripps

I actually feel like I’m in this weird place with Scripps because I attended Harvey Mudd’s first Women’s Intro to STEM program where we had an all-expense paid trip to campus and then a 9 month online program. However, one of the admissions officers heading the program left halfway through the program to join the Scripps admissions office so there’s a few possibilities here: 1) She noticed and was like “oh, what a bright young gal who participated in my great program at HMC, let’s admit her” 2) She noticed and was like “oh, what a traitor, she should go to HMC” or 3) (most likely) she didn’t notice/didn’t care/didn’t have any say on my application and it doesn’t matter but anyways guess I’ll never know
Hey guys, does anyone know what day I can expect to hear back from Scripps? I’m visiting California on Wednesday and I would like to know my result so that I know whether to plan a visit or not?
I’ve heard rumors that decisions are coming out on wednesday
Honestly, that sounds like an amazing program and I don’t see how that could negatively impact your application (even if that particular officer is reviewing it). Besides, HMC is part of the consortium anyway

Both. You will get an email saying ‘‘your portal has been updated’’ or something like that.
IF decisions do come out tomorrow, any guesses on what time (EST)?

West coast school so maybe 5 pst like last year. Really hope its tomorrow!
I got in ED I and there wasn’t an email. I just kept refreshing the page starting around 5pm PST on December 15. Nothing until like 5:10ish and all of a sudden on like the 10th page refresh it said something along the lines of “you have an update to your application status click here to open” so I called my parents and we all huddled around to open the great news. My link to the portal doesn’t work. Says, “apply.scrippscollege.edu took too long to respond…” Anyone else having this problem…not sure what happened!!
