Aww shoot :frowning: there were three I didn’t know and that was one of them. At least I got the other 2 right, but I bet I made stupid mistakes and won’t actually get a 35 :(

@BrownGuy - ACT tries to trick you cuz the subject was singular but they put in a preposition phrase that ends in a plural noun, so u’re confused as to whether to put a plural or singular verb. but its singular. haha

and for the who/whom question, the answer is who.

For the question where it said–

New music such as rythmn and blues (R&B), and soul

what did u guys put?

Nivers, I put the option without any commas

@Marcut
I put something about “ritual”

no comma. since it was using and for every object

@Astoria I agree with both of your posts on this page.

Yayy! got it right. I was staring at that question for about 3 minutes.

I AM STARTING A LIST. Everyone, please add onto it. The way that we are currently discussing this is horribly inefficient…

Guys, please post the # and question then the answer below it. Having all of these words is meaningless without knowing what the question was.

  1. (of which) consisted of canoeing … etc. question
    That

who/whom question
Who

New music such as rythmn and blues (R&B), and soul

Confirming no change for #8…

Second confirm for #8 :)

I was scared because at the beginning I had almost like all c’s in the first row.

Also, I used the Barrons 36 to prep for this and it said that the shortest answer is usually the right one and in the first like 5 it was describing what she wore and it said clothes. I picked something like clothes that she designed or something.

I can confirm #8. I thought it was designed: but that is only used when it is describing a list stated before.

Overall, I think those ACT as a WHOLE has been the hardest they have ever given. But I think I still did better than my 26 composite I got before.

Can anyone explain to me why the colon does not work for the Chanel one? My rationale was that “She designed” is an independent clause and that a colon can follow it. With the long list of objects, I thought a colon worked better. [ACT SparkNotes Test Prep: Punctuation](<a href=“SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides”>SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides)
Look at the part under commas to see that “She designed” can be considered an independent clause.

Yep, I put She Designed blah, blah, etc. - Answer A (No Change)

What was the answer to the dirt outside of the house question? The first question in the Spiral Game passage? I put A (no change). It was A or C, B/D were irrelevant. C was amazement, and they weren’t amazed. I put A (lots of footsteps = no plant growth = dust or something) because it relates to how they had hella footsteps while playing all over the dirt.
