<p>It didn’t, jay. So it would be 18. It just asked how many players had to be added, but never said anything about transferring players from the percussion section to the brass section.</p>

<p>If you add 6 then you have 60:36 which isn’t a 2:1 ratio. The question (if I recall correctly) didn’t mention anything about taking percussion members and adding them to brass. It just said how many brass players will be needed for there to be a 2:1 ratio. I don’t think it still had to be 90 players, you just had to find the 2:1 ratio.</p>

<p>I believe it was half of the x and y values they gave since you want the middle.</p>
