conrats!! to everyone who was accepted! and to those who were deferred, please don't lose hope! (and there are other colleges who are dying to accept you!)

sorry, we live in seattle.

postmarked on monday.

best wishes to everyone.

seattle?? wow~ that's in washington.. so maybe I can get it today (i live in Texas)

oh i hope so too!!! - California

I'm sorry saturnine - It always sucks when we don't get what we want. I could very well be deferred/rejected, too. LIke hopeman said, I bet there are other great schools who'd LOVE to have you.

Congratulation Igdad... I bet your daughter is excited!

It is odd that you already found out in Seattle. Then again, since you live in a city in might come faster. I live in rural Minnesota and did not receive the letter yet, but I think it would have to first get to Minneapolis and then out to rural midwestern minnesota. Anyway, so if you are in a city where a flight probably could deliver the mail you'll probably have it today.

Rural folks who live states away, like me, will probably have to wait until tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone still waiting to find out!

hey---the mail reached connecticut today...I don't know about further than New England...I'm trapped at school until 8 tonight but my letter is waiting to be opened at home...i'll post and describe the letter when i get it

deferred.

I'm sorry Katatat.... I feel for you totally and perhaps will empathize much more when I find out tomorrow.

Congrats hopeman. Where were you from again?

Man, even the people deferred had awesome stats. It's freakign me out!!!!

Deferred in south florida. GPA not very good, around 3.2 unweighted, rest of stats:
730 V 700 M
760/750/740
11 AP's taken by grad (2 5's, 3 4's, 1 2 in calc AB so far)
international from Colombia asking for aid

Texas! (Intl student from South Korea)

Congrats to everyone who got in, and if you got deffered its williams' loss and another college's treasure

That has got to feel good, gandalf and hopeman. I mean seriously if only 4 international applicants make it first round, then sheesh. You should feel pretty lucky and happy!!

I just convinced the postman to give me my mail a couple of blocks before he reached my house...but no letter...in California.

Katatat, I'm so sorry you got deferred...we all know how badly you wanted this.

Haha Armandoleon... Are you serious? Did you want your mail man to give it to you a few blocks sooner so that you saw it before your parents?

The anxiety is crazy in me right now!
