Official Top Dorm Picks

I'm trying to decide which dorms to choose.
Of course I'm going to actually visit the school and make a personal decision,
but this thread can still be helpful.

I've searched the FSU forum and I haven't found a thread like this.

1-
Basically list your top 4 dorm picks in a listed order.
List 5 if you include Landis.

Also state if the choices are for Summer or Fall-Spring term.
If you can, list top picks for both Summer and Fall-Spring terms.

2-
List the dorms to stay away from.

3-
State if you're an incoming student, a current student, or alumni

I'm sure this would help a lot of people today and in the future

(for incoming freshman)
1-
Landis
Gilchrist
Reynolds
Broward
Jenny Murphree
Bryan
Cawthon
DeGraff
Wildwood

2-
(only because they are due for refurbishment; great locations)
Diviney
Dorman

3-
Alumnus (and with children at FSU)

How is the Honors Dorm? Is it considered desirable...any info would be helpful.

Landis is the honors dorm and is very desirable.

Landis was recently completely renovated, too.
