<p>On the website, it says your official transcript for "All courses taken through the spring 2008 term" is due by July 15, 2008. </p>
<p>I'm on the quarter system, so that deadline is couple of days after my finals, and I don't think my grades will be released by then. What should I do? </p>
<p>If I have to call them to ask for an extension, where can I find the number?</p>

<p>The UC campuses are typically familiar with the California Community Colleges on the quarter system and the timing issues of transcripts from those schools. Although I would love to say just send the record in as soon as you can, please contact the UC campus and give an estimated time of arrival for the record so they are aware of its late arrival.</p>
