rejected :(

Rejected also. Is everyone getting rejected?

Rejected as well. Nice of them to string us along for such a long time.

Rejected… 4.1 GPA and 2200 SAT… siiigh it was my first choice too :/

Rejected it’s so annoying because so many people from my school that seem to be less qualified than me have gotten in, and I haven’t! It’s alright though, I’m going to UCSB!

@awesomee me too bud… I was easily the most qualified among my friends who applied, and all 4 of them got in while I didn’t… I even had better ECs and stuff than them too, I just don’t understand it. It’s a shame, cause I’ll be going to UCSB also… I don’t really like SoCal though, it just isn’t for me :(

Rejected as well…

@GamerAddict

2012 is probably the WORST year for me. Are you going to appeal?

Can we? I don’t know what the process is for appealing a rejection off the waitlist…

we can definitely appeal

@MYOMOO
How?

You will be able to appeal on that website. You may try.

Can we really appeal? I got rejected. I honestly don’t know anyone who got in. But then again… 2100 people? and only 300 spots. Sigh. Community college it is.

@seresteiras
Hey, very bad luck. I think we can appeal. Just go to MyDavis admission website. You will be able to find how to appeal. Hope we get in through appeal. :(

Rejected.
Did anyone actually get in through the waitlist? Everybody I know that was waitlisted got rejected, so I never actually heard of anyone on the waitlist gettting accepted.

^^^ I want to know too. Because Ms. Sun said there are a couple hundred of seats for waitlist people.

@GamerAddict- same! I’m such a NorCal person! But it is nice on the beach lol

Maybe Ms. Sun was wrong, I mean there is no way she could’ve known for sure, she doesn’t like work for the UCs lol but yeah, I saw her post about there being a couple hundred spots and it gave me hope! However, I haven’t heard of anyone being accepted.

Yeah, I figured Davis would accept more people than this, considering that last year they accepted something like 900 kids off the waitlist… I haven’t even heard of anyone who was accepted this year yet… It’s a shame, Davis is only 2 hours from home and I loved everything about it more. I’m sure SB’s campus is pretty too in its own way, though :P

Damn it all! Rejected also.

I think that appealing will be hard because of all the stuff that you have to tell them. There is no more stuff that you can say unless you are in a critical situation. It kind of suck though, I was hoping that I can actually go to same school as my sisters and was really excited about Davis because it is such a great that would benefit me but arggghhhhhhh, after all of this waiting and the reply is a NO! I am so disappointed in myself.
