what about Nutrition Science major?

O______________O I do the electric engineering.

Psych major

bio major. i’m scared. ahhhh.

Sorry about the previous post. What undergraduate admissions mean when they say rolling basis is that accepted will be notified first & rejected will be notified later. The time u opted into the waitlist doesn’t matter. I was etremely confused as well because usually rolling means the time u opted in. I called again & clarified what they mean by a rolling basis & that is what they told me.

If we are rejected from the waitlist, will we still be able to appeal the rejection? (I know the likelihood of getting in is unlikely, but does anyone have any information on this?)

@GamerAddict
Yes. I think we can. But the chance is very slim!

no one has gotten in yet, so we still have a chance! and when do we need to appeal by, if we don’t hear back until after the 24th (the 24th is typically the last day to appeal)?..UCI waitlisted students heard back already…why haven’t we!!!

Do they actually have spaces for people to get in off the waitlist? Why is it taking them so long to release decisions? I have to put down housing payments for UCSB really soon…

Is everyone on this thread going in as a freshmen or Transfer?

@mbshah I think the majority of us are coming in as freshmen because of the dates we accepted the waitlist. If you’re a transfer student, you should have accepted the waitlist offer around the 15th of May if I’m correct?

@everyone else – I’m a design major, and hopefully not too many design majors opted in. I only wish that we were able to send in our portfolios as one of the things to help our positions…

I’m a statistics major and I have no clue if there will be any spots. Praying that there will be because I turned down santa barbara and now its either davis or CC :(

Rejected from Davis! :(

Rejected as well.

rejected as well…

Rejected, but I’m not going there so it’s no big deal.

I sincerely doubt any of us were rejected because of our academic abilities, they probably could only accepted several hundreds out of almost 3000 who took the offer.

No I don’t think so. I have 2020 SAT and 3.75 GPA internation HS. 800 Math II and 800 Physics. Are you guys going to appeal?

rejected…

rejected…going to UCSB now :)

rejected as well :(
