@shooguu @plsacceptmeUCs Did any of you guys that got admitted receive an email to let you know there had been a change to the admissions status? I did not, but I checked my portal and it said “You have been admitted”, but the fact that its so early and I did not get an email worries me.

I didn’t get an email when it was my admission day, just a pretty new portal, and about 3 weeks later a large envelope with some goodies and an official letter and certificate.

If we didn’t get an admission decision right now although we tagged, are there still possibilities to know with later batches? Or is it only TAG now and then later are regular admission notifications? Kinda nervous seeing how everyone who tagged is getting decisions but me ;^;

Just got accepted!! At least I think I did…
@shooguu @justinmega1 @BackNSchool83 so one of my friend also got accepted to UCI and so did I but I didn’t get that “You have been admitted to UC Irvine” banner and no buttons of submit slr, submit sir, housing… but it says congratulations! … I just don’t have that banner and the buttons … should I be worried?

After logging in it showed that I was accepted with some transfer conditions i.e. pass my remaining GE and last two quarters of Organic Chem. On a side note, I was also a TAG applicant because I didn’t fulfill UC Davis requirements and I’m a little sad that I didn’t get an email with the congratulations banner, but still happy overall. Let me know if anyone wants my stats to help them out.

You shouldn’t be. I got an email saying that my application status was updated and then when I logged in I saw the admitted banner.
@misterdonuts I didn’t get a congratulations email. It told me that my application status was updated and to log into the portal.
@seokminnie0218 I was accepted as a biological sciences major.
@irottah I also tagged too and I got a “update status email” and I logged on to my portal and it didn’t have the banner just the three rectangles that said congratulations housing and messages. No banner like you said…
I tagged UCI and got an email about a status update. I got the banner on my portal account. I was accepted today with a UC transfer GPA of 3.4 I’m a psychology major. Good luck guys.
