....doesn't it make you feel special and proud :)

the decal is what really did it for me…

i received it last week… Think it’s last tuesday/friday!!

haha oh well, i had a late acceptance that must be why.

UCLA True BRUINS!!

ppl say UCSD is more clean and looks pretty since it was near the sea compare with UCLA… but I been in both campus for visit…
I think UCLA is way better… XD

yeah, UCLA made me feel like i was in europe for some reason, the buildings and the mosaics on the ceilings made me feel like i was in an italian museum or something, i lovveeeee it.

same here, sweetnezz!! xD… imma gonna register for the “campus tour” soon, probably next week…

i went on the campus tour last friday, it was beautiful and they were filming Californication at Kerkhoff hall and i was like 5 feet from David Duchovny, was kind of exciting for my first time there haha :)

realli?? haha…
hey, btw… as a transfer student… are we allow to bring parents along with the tour?
or does it feel kinda awkward of bringing them?? donno why am i asking… xD
poor me!!

go for it, i’d say 80% of the people in the tour had their parents with them and it’s nice for them to see what they are paying for and how worth it it is. i went with my bf on the tour and then went back with my parents the next day and gave them my own tour of the school.

Ic… thanks!!
Bruins rocks

Mine was bent when it came in the mail.

Cal’s wasn’t thought :)

sweetnezz,

i was also watching the filming!
i was standing kind of in front, with a road bike at my side…
i only saw one take, though… where some guy got tackled and a lap top flew out of his hands.
werd.

haha how funny, when i was watching, david duchovny was getting kicked in the balls by some guy and falling on the floor, quite interesting.

UCLA’s package was a bit bland. Cal’s had a lot more photographs.

Cal’s “Go MF’n Bears!” car sticker that came in the admissions package was also a lot better than UCLA’s “True Bruin” car sticker.

just got a congratulatory call from a ucla student at 8, yay :)

hey y’all, regarding UCLA, do you know how crazy i would be if i tried to work 40 hours a week while in school? i only have to take 12 units to be full-time and that’s actually only about 1 hour a day, per class… 3 hours a day, per class for 12 units.

these classes seem short and like i could work an afternoon shift at peets and then do homework after…

thoughts?

it’ll be tough, no doubt… 12 units at a CC and working 40 hours a week is a whole lot different than 12 units of upper division courses at UCLA and working 40 hours a week.
