It may just be on CC, but it seems like everyone applying is a highly qualified applicant stats wise. Anyone else thinking this?

Mine says that “University of Florida is pleased to extend to you an invitation to the Gator Design and Construction @ Santa Fe College” and that after two semesters I’d get in to UF. Is this just a really nice way of saying i got rejected?

Thank you for your application to the University of Florida. After a careful and thorough review of your academic record, the University of Florida is pleased to extend to you an invitation to the Gator Engineering @ Santa Fe (GE@SF) program. The admissions committee made every effort to accommodate your preferred path of entry, however this year’s number of highly qualified freshman applicants along with the university’s limited space made this impossible. This unique program, a collaboration between the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering and Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, leads to a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Arts & Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering or Nuclear Engineering.
As a GE@SF student, you will begin your studies at Santa Fe College, and after approximately three semesters you will continue onto the UF campus. After your second term, contingent on meeting performance standards, you will be admitted to the University of Florida. This program will provide you immediate access to the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering advisors and connections with faculty of the program in which you enroll.
You will be contacted very soon by the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering with more detailed information about the program, its unique features, and procedures for confirming your participation as a GE@SF student. We encourage you to visit the GE@SF program website at http://www.eng.ufl.edu/gesfc.
Sincerely,

IS THIS A SUBTLE REJECTION OR WHAT???
I GOT ACCEPTED!!! I’m pre-med but they put me in Summer B instead of Fall 2016 which I was hoping for… Is that a bad thing?
@MsAjebutta are you in state by any chance? i feel like that’s been happening to a lot of in state students. i’m out of state and doing pre-med and i’m going in fall !!
@MsAjebutta I got accepted into Summer B as well! Do you have any AP credit or IB credit already? I believe you need 9 credit hours through AP or IB to be eligible to not have to start in the summer. Regardless, Congrats! I might be seeing you in the summer!
