Guys i got in but is it possible that i would get my acceptance taken away if they see that i have ten absents and 10 lates in my senior year? I have 8 absents and lates as of right now
Try not to slack off till the graduation.
Are absence/tardy counts part of your school report?
If not, don’t worry about it too much but try to come to school on time from now on. I heard schools sometimes report to the colleges if your absence/tardy count is getting really bed.

My ACT was above the cutoff for Engineering Honors (I got a 35, accepted to Aerospace, applied by the priority deadline), but the Honors acceptance isn’t displayed anywhere on my admitted student checklist.
According to the website, some honors and scholarship decisions don’t come back yet.
Is this an issue (i.e. am I definitely not in/was this a clerical error), or is the decision simply not back yet? If it helps, I cannot yet view my letter of acceptance. I just have the “Yes, you’re in”.

I wouldn’t stress about it. I’m aware of several applicants in your position, who have not been invited to honors… yet.
Apparently they did not have all their ducks in a row in time to extend all honors and scholarship offers at the time of admissions decisions.
Are any stats available for the college of engineering (apps/admits)? How many James Honors are given a year to engineering students?

I’m Out-of-State. No letter yet. Some of them may be online, but certainly not all.
My son’s was available when I checked this morning.
My son’s is still not up. Is it by Major or Last name perhaps? We are late in the alphabet. Also, it is not too impressive that we get the following message which is grammatically incorrect “You do not have an Notice of Admission available at this time”.
Ha, that stuff drives me crazy. I will take it over a rescinding of acceptance like 800 CMU applicants just got, though. Man, how many times is something like that gonna happen?
