As the universe is ever-expanding, so is knowledge. By nature, humans strive to
broaden their knowledge of the world. We seek information from many places,
authority being one of the more prominent ones. However, some argue that we
have become too dependent on authoritative instruction and knowledge, which
may not always be right. We at The University of Chicago have a reputation for
being curious and critical thinkers: sometimes, that means challenging accepted
premises or authoritative figures. Are authorities always right? To what extent
should individuals question and test authoritative knowledge? How have you
questioned authority? - I thought it was risky as my response was very techincal and impersonal at first only last part was personal, people said it was really good, I though it was good
