<p>^ Yeah, and I’m pretty sure that they place more on GPA. A defer is kind of surprising, but not a crazy decision. However, GoBlue’s decision is much more disheartening.</p>

<p>I’m seriously thinking they deffered great applicants under the impression that because they switched to the Common App, they really wanna see who shows top interest in the school, not just applied as a backup, or those students who will pull out because on an ED acceptance!</p>

<p>the Dean did say they would “wait and see” a lot of applicants. They didn’t mention defer but I think it’s very clear they will send a lot of wait list this year</p>
