General Comments: Be sensitive to those who were rejected from Vanderbilt. My best friend was and i feel terrible.

this is so depressing...i wish i had applied ED. i want vanderbilt so bad and it'd be so nice to know whether i got in or not this early on in the year!

I believe so, since you're not bound to this one anymore. Emory was my contingency plan!

I'm so sorry you got rejected; it sucks that they can't take us all and I'm positive that you deserved it just as much as anyone. Chin up though! You'll find someplace you love!

Only if your dad invented the Internet. Gotta love those pseudo-alumni just sticking around college on the pap's bill for a few more extra years of "spiritual exploration". Crazy liberals.

Does anyone know how bad your grades have to slip for them to kick you out?
The later said, "Your acceptance is contingent on you maintaing your current level of academic performance." --but can I get B's? Because I'm taking AP Calc, Chem & Phys, and lets just say I am having a hard time maintaining my GPA from the end of my junior year.

For those of you who have been accepted, your parents might want to make their hotel reservations for family weekend Oct 2-4 2009. Mine called the Marriott today, they only have a few rooms left at like $280/night. Hampton inn had some for $150 with AAA discount.
