<p>I know this question has probably been asked a lot, but I still have a couple of questions. I am an athlete and the coach has offered me an official visit. Does this mean admissions has approved my academic record? Or just that the coach likes me? </p>

<p>In most cases, official visits will not be offered until the coach has gotten the green light from admissions to continue with the recruiting process. Congrats on the OV!</p>

<p>the coach will tell you if you passed your pre-read… if they haven’t I would ask. I scheduled my ov before the pre-read, then passed and confirmed the dates :)</p>
