I had no chance of visiting US colleges so I went after my intuition. Why didn’t you like it?

It was a very nice school, but nothing there really jumped out at me.

while we are waiting…what were your expository proses about?

Mine was an essay I wrote for my AP Literature class on the short story “Everyday Use” by Alice Walker. Yours?

Mine was a timed essay I had as a part of an English language exam-- The Role of Fairytales

Mine was a paper I wrote on love in One Hundred Years of Solitude.

I can’t wait to hear either! Mine was for AP English Language…comparing the arguments and rhetorical strengths of the Declaration of Independence with those of Elizabeth Cady Stanton’s Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions.

Mine was for IB English A2 on higher level comparing two characters and what’s meant by the phrase “a strong character”. nothing special though

Mine was for AP Eng Lit & Comp on Pride and Predjudice in terms of the role of women in 19th century England or something like that.

Lots of great topics here! :)

I agree, these topics are great
