<p>Well USA advances if England wins and then they win on Wednesday and either Slovenia/England wins. Worse case scenario would be England wins today, then England and Slovenia draw putting Slovenia/England/USA in a 3 way draw with 5 pts, at which point you’d have to pray that USA beats Algeria by more than England beats Algeria (for goal differential).</p>
<p>Right now: Slovenia = +1, USA = 0, England = 0, Algeria = -1.</p>
<p>A draw between Algeria and England would put England at 2 points, so then a USA win would actually put them in as long as they beat Algeria by more than England would beat Slovenia.</p>
<p>Tbh, there’s a ton of different scenarios to hope for right now, but we’ll have a better picture at about 4:30 EST. I’m pulling for Algeria.</p>
<p>And I know this is pathetic, but did anybody else start crying of joy after that 2nd goal. I was screaming at first, and then they showed the man in the stands crying of joy and I lost it myself.</p>
