Could someone please rank these colleges from easiest to hardest to get into for an OOS...?

thanks much.

bump 10 char!

1.(hardest) Wisconsin
2. Illinois--UC (close though, arguably as hard depending on what major you want like Engineering or Actuary)
3. Ohio State
4. Maryland

Wisconsin

Illinois
(those 2 are close tho, illinois #1 if you're picking engineering or actuary studies)

Ohio State

Maryland

so maryland is the easiest out of those 4 OOS? everyone agree?

I don't agree ... I think it's

1) wisc.
2) illinois
3) maryland
4) ohio state

maryland is considerably more selective than Ohio State.

Maryland accepts 44% of applicants, Ohio state accepts 68%. Maryland also has considerably higher SAT and ACT ranges.

I agree with ohioguy

how about Penn St. vs. Ohio St? (Which one is easier to get into OOS?)

thanks a lot!

bump 10 char

bump anyone??

More or less equivalent ... Ohio State had a slighter higher SAT/ACT range ... Penn State has a slightly lower acceptance rate

Honestly, I think you're in at both.

is U of Pitt harder or easier to get into OOS than the about the same Ohio St/Penn St??

And.... out of those three which has the best business school???

bump please

Ohio St. is definitely easier to get into. I would say that PSU UP and Pitt are about the same in difficulty for acceptance, but why would you really want to go to Pitt?

is Pitt no good? lol

No, Pitt's good and I'd rather be in Pittsburgh than rural central PA.
