Folks, I have been admitted both by ohio state and Purdue. It gonna be a hard choice: I admire the renowned science and Engineering programs in Purdue, but also cherish the broad experience and the remarkable resources the Ohio State can offer me. As a transfer undergraduate sophomore, which community should I join?

Thank you all so much in helping me building my career. Perhaps a promising young person will be thriving under your kind-hearted guidance.

I can’t tell you what’s best for you, but this former LSU student has two kids that are Buckeyes. Albeit The Boilermaker Special, Pete, Rowdy, or Mike VI, Brutus has them all beat. My bias is pretty clear.

All kidding aside, both kids are engineering majors and were accepted to both Purdue and OSU. Both are great universities. Both choose OSU because they like the program better, plus the in state tuition didn’t hurt either.

Make a tsheet listing things you like and dislike about each university. The one with the longer list of likes and the shortest list of dislikes, should be the winner. Don’t let others impact your decision.

Don’t know much about business mathematics but Ohio State’s business school is well ranked.
