<p>Chances for UC Berkeley and UCLA:
I had an ok soph year and great junior year.
My cumulative UC GPA is 4.18W and 3.69UW. I know that is low, however I got a 4.5W and 3.83UW junior year. Also 32 ACT with a 34 on the English section, really good ECs and Personal Statement. Do I have a chance??</p>
