Ok, so Im starting UCLA this year. Now I have always wonder if I can watch porn(no child porn) on college internet using personal computer in the dorms? I'm not addicted but I do watch it once or twice every 2 weeks or so. Don't want to get in trouble with the school for illegal internet usage(I know I can't bittorrent or limewire stuff).

why would it be illegal…

Well I assume college internet are for educational uses :P

u have no idea how hard i cracked up after i read this LOL

the dorms are a separate entity.

then people couldn’t play games either if it was only for educational purposes…

haha, LOL at “no child porn.” thats good to know. :)

“Once or twice every 2 weeks or so”

Suuuuurree

I’ve seen people watch porn… at the library… with the school computer.

I think you should be okay but yes this is awkward.

As long as you’re not watching furries I think you’ll be alright.

You won’t get in trouble for watching porn

[i think you are safe to do as you please.](Loading...)

Will the antispyware the school forces you to install block out the viruses that you get from looking at porn?

maybe, maybe not. its just a regular old antivirus. you can use your own antivirus as well.

lol, this thread reminds of how I was once at a college panel with some high schoolers telling them how college is different from high school and I told them about how people watch porn during lectures. Hahaha.

Answer to your question: I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
