Okay so I enrolled on 9/28 paid the 150 dollars. The enrollment pathway opened and I am going through everything trying to figure out what I need to get done. It says I need a netID to pretty much do anything pay my term bill, register for classes etc.... I have called the helpdesk and they cant locate me in their database and said the registrars office inputs data into the database they pull from, so they said that I need to talk to the registrars office and they said that they dont deal with any of that. I have called pretty much every department and I gets more confusing and diluted than the time before WHAT DO I DO?

Is this what the "RU screw" is?? Seriously after dealing with these people I'm considering taking back my enrollment because every department but admissions has been absolutely USELESS.

One of the adcoms kept telling me I need to get it and it’s super important and there sound be no problems, clearly she was misinformed if none of us have it.

Scienceguy1, I have a feeling that they’re gonna wait until they’re finished with the first round of applicants, which will probably take until November.

asianshawty I was assuming OP is enrolled (cause he said he enrolled and paid $150). If he’s just applying, I don’t think you get a NetID. You get a Rutgers ID #, but that’s not a NetID.
