Hello, I am currently attending a community college in the Illinois and I wish to transfer from this college to an online college that does not require gen ed classes to be taken. I do not like the general education classes as it slows me down on what I want to be in the future. I also struggle in math but the last math class i took was in highschool and it was algebra 2/trig. For my career I want to be a cybersecurity expert or in the computer science field and I know that it requires HEAVY math. I am willing to deal with it but I do not want to deal with general education math (from the beginning) when I should really be starting in pre-calculous. So my question is… for a current community college student who lives in the illinois and wants to transfer out to an online college that is good for computer experts and do not require general education, what college should I be looking into. My community college is TERRIBLE and it literally hires teachers who couldn’t possibly be qualified…

That’s nothing compared the various 15 year old threads similarly popping up recently. I’m now at the point of having to check the date of every thread I open.
