chances at HYP, duke, georgetown, uva, uf?

....dont be supa harsh please

bump.......

I think that your chances for georgetown and uf are very good, and you might be reaching for HYP, although I can't be certain, since I don't know alot about uf or georgetown.

your SATs are pretty low for HYP only 1360 but its worth a shot!

uf for me is definetely a safety...im above the sat range for them...its HYP im worried about...harvard is my first choice, but im retarded and didnt go for EASC...now i must suffer the consequences...

Isn't it 1460? and also, are you also fluent in portugese?

my combined SAT I is 1360...

i speak portuguese fluently, at home...

...bump...

please, more opinions!

also, what would be matches/fits? want to major in econ/business

everything except for HYP is a good chance. No one is ever REALLY sure about HYP.

I think your backgound will have an impact.

UVA: If you're in-state, then I would say it's a pretty good shot (>75%).
Georgetown: Will be harder than UVA. 50%
HYP: <10% But worth a try. For princeton, look at this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=18386

For econ/buisness, I would suggest UPenn, which has the best buisness school in the country.

im not instate for UVa...from florida...

and the thread about princeton makes me sad :(

and if HYP are far far reaches, i dont think upenn for biz will be a closer reach...

...bump...

...bump...

If UPenn means University of Pennsylvania, then I agree with Flavian: UPenn is a very, very good school. I believe it's either an Ivy League or almost Ivy League school, so you should definately apply. You might not get in, but it doesn't hurt to try.
Also, you should think of applying to Stanford. It's very good, all-around school, so if you decide to change majors, it'll still be a good school.

bump...any other comments?
