On campus architecture

That's pretty funny and an interesting summary of campus architecture... but I'm confused about where they got those dates... they don't seem to correspond to the time period in which the American colleges most well-known for the particular architectural style were founded, to the time period in which those colleges constructed the buildings that exemplify the particular style, or to the time period in which the architectural style itself developed. But interesting, nonetheless. Nice MIT reference.

We visited one univ which shall remain nameless which seemed to specialize in neo-Penal. The time frame on that one was correct.

Love the MIT reference.

My college had one neo-Gothic building. After graduation, a bunch of us took pictures on its front steps, with our black robes still on but unzipped. I came across the photo the other day and said, "Holy cow, I didn't realize I went to Hogwarts!"
