Im a smart kid so I'll get some scholarships and grants but I really don't want to take out any Loans unless it's absolutely needed. I don't come from a financially stable family so I'm thinking of getting a job. I'll be a full time student at LSU. Should I work on campus or off? I'll be living in a dorm.

On-campus jobs offered as part of scholarships and the like pay around minimum wage and have you work about seven hours a week. If you need more money than that, you can get a regular on-campus job, although I don’t know how many hours they let you work. Check their web site for details. For even more money, you could get an off-campus job. But that will be more hours that can cut into study time and less flexibility in scheduling when it comes to exam time.
