I'm an international student going to UNH.. I wanted to know the odds of me getting an on campus job (visa regulations don't allow off campus jobs).. How much can I earn in a year if I work during term and full time during holidays??

It is normally not difficult to get on campus job if you are willing to do any type of work. Usually the cafeteria, library, bookstore, etc. are good places to look. You shall start to look early in the school term to have the most opportunity. Also if you do not get it the first time, try to check back again on a consistent basis. Jobs will normally open up through out the school term. Most on campus jobs normally pay around minimum wages wich is somewhere around $8 an hour. Also check with the school’s office for international students and other international students for additional help.

You can get off-campus jobs, but you have get a work permit for it (assuming you have an F1).

Just be flexible,

At my school, they are always looking for people to fill in the late night/early morning shifts
