<p>I'm an incoming grad. student and won't be on campus till September. I wanted to get a head start on the job search and was wondering if anyone could direct me to some good places to look for non-work study jobs. What are the "best" jobs on campus in terms of pay, hours, and difficulty. Are there any of those good jobs where you can get some good studying in?</p>

<p>I would look at the individual departments in your area/field if they are hiring non-work-study students (teaching assistants, research assistants). The library is another great place that hires non-work-study students. The competition might be fierce because some departments prefer to hire undergraduates.</p>
