On my way?

I am going to be a junior in high school next year; I started my college search halfway through my sophomore year. I am very interested in International Relations/Economics/Political Science, and after searching through many programs I found that Georgetown's School of Foreign Service is basically perfect.

But, after reading articles in the NYTimes, looking at acceptance rates, and comparing myself to friends, I'm very worried about my prospects at Georgetown.

Here's what I have going for me now:
Public School
Class size: 750
Class rank: Top 10
GPA Unweighted: 4.0
GPA Weighted: 4.25

Scores:
I have only taken SAT II's at this point, and they aren't too glamourous.
Chem: 670
US His: 640
Lit: 640
I am set to take SAT I and ACT in the fall (I took the PSAT and got a 195, and I took the PLAN test (similar to ACT) and got a 29.)

AP
9th grade: 4 on Macroeconomics
10th grade: 5 on European History
Next year I am taking:
AP Chem, AP Calc, AP Gov, and AP Physics

Extracurriculars:
Debate: 9, 10 (I am captain of the team next year)
Speech: 9, 10 (I am captain of the team next year)
Mock Trial: 9, 10 (I am captain of the team next year)
Ambassadors (A service program): 9, 10
Youth Against War and Racism: 10 (I helped set up the group at school)
Literary Magazine: 10

Awards:
I won the HOBY award
Freshman: 5th in sections at speech, 2nd in state mock trial, 8th at state in debate
Sophomore: 4th in sections at speech, 2nd in state at mock trial, 4th at state for JV debate

Other:
I have studied Russian for two years, Spanish for two years, Finnish for one year, and have recently begun studying Arabic

What do I need to do to make it better? Thank you so much in advance, it's my dream to go to this school.

Looks like you're on the right track. My advice, and I'm sure you know as well, is focus on those SATs. Georgetown (and along with every other top tier institution) looks at the SATs (don't believe those who tell you they don't matter, sure they don't matter when you're looking at a pool of 1500+ out of 1600), but make sure you're scoring at least 700 in each section.

You can def prep for the SATs, I went from a 1200 frosh yr to a 1500 jr yr, just take the practice tests over and over again, but make sure you look over the questions you got wrong, which can get tricky in the CR section. But practice, practice, and more practice.

are you fluent in any of the languages you've studied? it would be a big hook i think if you were, since it seems like for the SFS foreign language is good stuff. also improve your SAT scores

I'd consider myself to be just about fluent in Russian, highly proficient in Spanish, my Finnish is a little bit better than "just conversational," and I just recently (like a month ago) started Arabic.. But by the time I start applications my Arabic should be a lot better and I'll probably have started studying another language (Chinese is next on my list).

The SATs are what kill me, though.. I really hate the format of the test, and much prefer ACT style. But I've been practicing.
Also, does it stand out a lot at what type of classes you're taking? Like I have the option of taking either AP Micro or AP Bio.. I would rather go into economics in college, so I should take the AP Micro?
