On the right track?

I'm Male, 16, Sophomore, white, in state (and very close). I go to a not-so-well ranked public high school in a not-so-well ranked county. I'm not first gen, my parents both went to Campbell, and my grandparents on my dad's side were first gen's from Illinois universities. Low-income, about borderline lower-class/middle-class. High enough to live okay, but generally not low enough for financial aid.

Stats:

Freshman Year
Honors World History
Essentials of English (non-Honors due to lower than normal 8th Grade English Standardized Test score, placed back onto Honors English track after this semester)
Parenting
Visual Arts I
Honors Geometry
Health/P.E.
Honors Biology
Honors English I

I got All A's and ended with a GPA of 4.5. I was ranked 15/341, mostly due to the electives and standard E.o.E.

Sophomore Year
Visual Arts II
Honors English II
Honors Biology
Honors Algebra II
Honors Civics & Economics
AP Statistics
Spanish I
Honors Chemistry

I got A's first sem. except for Algebra II. I got a 92, due to laziness coupled with a frighteningly substandard teacher. I feel fine about this semester, I have 97+'s in everything except Chem. Currently have an 88, but will bring it up. Cumulative GPA at the end of this year should be about 3.9375 (UW) and 4.625 (W). I hope to take about six more AP's (USH, Bio, CS A, Calc, Physics, Lit) along with Honors Art III & IV, and Spanish II. Hopefully finish HS with a 3.96875 (UW) and about a 5.0 (W). This should definitely put me in the top 5 in the class. I took the PSAT this year and got a 196 which put me in the 95th percentile. I was shooting for 99%, I guess, but compared to most of my school I did really well. I plan on taking the AP EH exam at the end of this year, and i'm kind of a history whiz so I'm super-confident I'll get a 5.

EC's:

Prior to Freshman Year: In elementary school (2nd-5th grade) I was in the AIG (Academically Intellectually Gifted) and program and went to the AIG Center for special instruction once a week. In middle school, I was in Key Club and got like 30 service hours total or something. I was the top scorer on the 7th Grade End of Grade Math Test for my school, and I was on Principals List all three years. I won a Spelling Bee, Mythology Bee, and Geography Bee. I took the SAT (through Duke TIP) in seventh grade and was in the top 25% in the state, I got about a 1500. (I know this stuff isn't really important but I just wanted to through it out there).

Freshman year I wasn't in any clubs. My school's first year was my freshman year, and there were no clubs first semester. Second semester I was so involved in academics I didn't think to join any. I was involved with light community service and church work, but that's it. I'm a member of the Duke TIP program and took part in their Summer e-Course program for Creative Writing the summer before freshman year. I was the top student in the class and finished with a 100%. Initially I was unable to afford it, but my grandparents chipped in.

Sophomore Year I joined
-Science Club (Secretary)
-Key Club
-HOSA
-Art Club

So far I have done about 30 hours of community service for Key Club, and was just accepted to be a Junior Volunteer at WakeMed so hopefully that will increase significantly. I also am very active in HOSA, and have competed in District Competition and will do so again in State Competition (in about 20 days!). I'm involved in Church activities as well. Next year I plan on changing up my Club Schedule and making it more focused.

-Interact Club (I ran for VP and the results haven't yet been announced so we'll see. It's basically HS Rotary Club, all about volunteering etc)
-HOSA
-National Honors Art Club
-National Honors Society
-Church Youth Group
I will run for an officer's position on at least one other of these groups. I also plan on running for Student Council, either Secretary or Vice President).

My SAT score, from practice tests, currently rests from about 2000-2100 range. By the last time I take it I'm confident I can make it a 2250 at least.

Basically I'm worried. I'm generally happy with my grades/scores I guess... But I don't play sports/instruments/etc and I don't feel like I have any hooks or anything that make me really special. I have a valid interest in everything I plan to do, but I don't feel like it's enough. Do you have any advice? Anything I can to do to make myself stand out? Am I on the right track for UNC? I'm interested in medicine, but I also have interest in Computers and Graphic Design (which I don't think UNC's really the best for?).
Thanks so much!
