On the verge of a Nervous Breakdown.

High School: Public - Clarksburg High School - it's fairly new and my class is the first to finish all four years although I technically did not do all four years (I moved from sophomore to junior year)
High School Type: sends some grads to top schools - yale, brown, cornell, duke, MIT, etc.; but not a freakish amount.
Will apply for financial aid: Yes</p>

<p>How fast are you in x-c and track? Dartmouth is near the bottom of the Ivy League right now as far as their women’s running program. A girl from a neighboring town got recruited there with a pretty mediocre track career (and no x-c at all).</p>

<p>Chances look slim but I recommend that you don’t give up. You can still impress the adcoms with your essay. How do you think your teacher recs will turn out?</p>
