<p>Some schools counselor suggested for a B/C student (who is interested in science): George Mason, Virginia Commonwealth, Christopher Newport, University of Mary Washington (for a boy; for a girl it is more competitive),
Syracuse, University of Pittsburgh, Florida Institute of Technology, Susquehanna, York, Goucher, Indiana University</p>

<p>I can't remember all the schools and we did not visit all these schools. But my son applied to some of them and has been accepted at three.</p>

<p>Yorkyfan, Thanks for posting. I agree with you about U of Mary Washington. Syracuse can be too competitive too, depending upon the school one is appying to within the U. Thanks for mentioning Florida Institute of Technology. This is a school that I have not seen mentioned before.</p>
