<p>K, so I keep getting to the part where they ask for my AP number..I enter it in..but then how do I actually enter it? And what happens through the rest of the call?</p>
<p>just wait a minute after you enter it, and do not hit # or anything else after it. Eventually it will read the number back to you and ask you to press 1 if it’s correct, and go on to ask you for your DOB, credit card info, etc.</p>
