What kind of Oncology Program does Stanford offer and what kind of Highschool classes do you need to go into this program?
Can you clarify your question? Oncology is not an undergraduate major, but instead a medical sub-specialty that one would study after they graduate from Stanford, go to medical school, train in internal medicine (or pediatrics) then apply for fellowship training in Oncology. There is absolutely no high school course of study to prepare for an “oncology program”, other than taking as much science as possible and doing extracurricular activities that expose you to health care and/or scientific research.
I kind of figured as much. I was just wondering if there was any specific classes I needed.
