<p>If I havent gotten a letter saying I only got into GSP, does that mean I'm more likely to have gotten into CAS? Or does it mean I'm not good enough even for GSP?
Anybody else in this boat taking it as a sign? lol</p>
<p>i don't think you can tell until you get your letter in the mail- it could go either way. what are your stats?</p>
<p>GSP is offered to students who NYU really would have liked to accept for one of many reasons but who didn't meet the academic criteria. Some are legacy, some athletes, some hardship, others might have a terrific essay or personal experience. Lots and lots of applicants will be turned down without ever being offered GSP even though their stats are "better" than some of the posted GSPs.</p>
