One Good and One Bad

Name one good thing that you love about your specific college and one bad thing that you don't love about your specific college. This can be anything; even your feelings towards your college.

Love: Campus is beautiful.
Don't Love: The feeling of feeling trapped on campus.

Love: the very college-y feeling of the campus. the architecture, the landscaping, just love it. truly a sight to behold at sunset in the fall. ****!

Don’t love: the weather in the winter. Although that’s more region-specific so uhh… the fact that we have 27K undergrads makes it hard to get into very desirable courses sometimes.

Love: The fact that I have access to a small LAC type residential college within a large research university. I love it.

Don’t love: Even though I’ve lived in winter weather most of my life, I still hate walking over our very large campus in the winter.

University of Maryland - Love the campus, especially the mall. Its gorgeous.

Dont love - The foreign language and music departments are pretty small. Food could be better.

**** yeah^

Love: How amazingly fun life is at my school

Don’t love: The weather!

Love: The music program is top-notch.

Don’t love: The random weather changes. In May, there were three days in sequence where the highs were 42, 80, 39 (or something like that).

Good: The beautiful campus and the great Mid-Western weather (with the exception of the freakish-ly hot summers). Does that count as two?

(And, of course the academics…)

Bad: The lack of diversity in terms of about…oh, everything from political and religious beliefs to socio-economic status. But if that’s my only “bad”, I totally lucked out.

Good: Excellent, beautiful school and campus
Bad: DAT WINTER

Good: People i’ve met, academic programs, awesome professors.
Bad: Small campus, near downtown and ‘bad’ area- difficult to get off campus without getting mugged.

Good: close to home, located in a safe city
Bad: after 3 years of being here at community college, I’ve grown bored of it. Good thing I’m transferring out soon.

Good: Small classes thus its easy to get the professors attention.
Bad: Today the heat index was 110* and that’s absolutely normal.

Good: Awesome campus and location.

Bad: Religious affiliation.

Good: Beautiful campus, fantastic history department.

Bad: The hot weather that leaves me feeling sticky and gross at the end of each day. Thankfully this only lasts for the first month and a half of classes.

Good: How beautiful the campus is on amazing spring days. +Good food.

Bad: How rare those amazing spring days are… +How the food gets old sometimes.

Umich - positives: Damn near everything

Negatives: the OOS cost. The Intramural Sports “being on multiple teams” rules. Taking down the soccer nets fir all if winter semester. Walking by all the frat houses on the way to football games.

Bauer College of Business (University of Houston)

GOOD: Absolutely Nothing

BAD: Horrible professors, ugly campus, surrounded by ghetto area, etc etc

UC Santa Cruz

Good: AMAZING Campus!!

Bad: People smoking weed.

Michigan State University.
Good: almost everything (school spirit, beautiful campus, classes, professors, friendly people etc.). I can’t choose just one…I love my school!
Bad: spring semester weather. Eww.

Good: Okay, I simply can’t list one thing. I like the campus, people, environment, diversity, etc.
Bad: My schools damn policies on transferring credits. >.>
